Once you purchase a pattern, you should receive two emails immediately:

1. An order confirmation email
   
2. An email containing your digital pattern download link
   

If you cannot find these emails, please check your spam, or promotions folder, as they may have been filtered there.

If you still cannot locate the emails, it may be because:

• There was a typo in the email address entered at checkout.
  
• A different email address (such as an iCloud email) was automatically filled in during checkout.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your full name
  
• The email address you believe was used at checkout
  
• Your order number (if available)
  

This information will help us locate your order and resend your pattern promptly.
