Hi, I started bygalk in 2021 when I was interning at a yarn company. I’ve always been obsessed with cute bags, so I knew my first project had to be one. At the time, I couldn’t find any beginner-friendly crochet bag patterns that matched my style, so I started free-handing my own designs! The very pattern I made was for the pink "Trendy Crossbody Bag", and I have not stopped crocheting bags since then. All my patterns are deigned by me and I do my best to make the patterns as clear and easy to follow as possible, as my goal is for you to be 100% happy with the bags that you make from my patterns.

I work from my little studio in Singapore! My dad is also always there helping out!

This year The Donut Bag has really blown up and it has become my most popular pattern. I actually started it in 2023 and launched the pattern 2 years ago. If you are a designer, this is your sign to keep posting your deisgns because you never know what could happen!
